Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking value.
No-Show
No-shows are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling
We offer free rescheduling subject to availability. Contact us at least 12 hours before your activity to reschedule.
Weather Cancellation
If we cancel an activity due to dangerous weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
